Why this library exists
Most of the questions that come in on the phone are the same questions: does this tree have to come out, what will it cost, do I need council approval, and is grinding the stump enough. A page answers those better than a hurried conversation on a job site, so they are written down here.
Everything below is original and written for south-east Queensland conditions, which matters more than it sounds. Pruning calendars, species behaviour and council rules from southern states do not transfer to a subtropical coast with a summer storm season and two councils with different vegetation policies.

How often is new content published?
Irregularly, and only when there is something worth saying. The existing library already answers most of the questions that come in by phone, so new pieces tend to cover things that change - council rules, storm season advice, a species problem that turns up across a lot of properties in one season.
