Sunshine Coast Tree Care is a referral website. It is not itself a tree surgery business with a yard and a fleet.
Enquiries made through this site - by form or by phone on (07) 5408 6029 - are passed to qualified, insured arborists operating on the Sunshine Coast. One of them contacts you, inspects the property, quotes the work and performs it. Your contract for the work is with that business.
We say this on the home page footer, in the terms and conditions, and here, because the industry norm of implying otherwise is exactly why people distrust trade websites.
What that means for you
The business that quotes your job is responsible for the work, for its own licensing and insurance, and for any warranty it offers. Before work starts, ask that business directly for a certificate of currency for public liability insurance and for confirmation of workers compensation cover. Those are reasonable questions and a good operator will expect them.
General information only
The guides on this site are written to be accurate and useful, but they are general. They cannot account for the condition of your specific tree, the soil it is in, the structures around it, or the current position of your council.
In particular, nothing on the tree regulations page is legal advice. Council planning schemes, vegetation protection orders and exemptions change. Confirm the current position with Sunshine Coast Council or Noosa Shire Council before removing or substantially pruning any tree.

Safety
Tree work is genuinely dangerous. Falls from height, chainsaw injuries and struck-by incidents account for serious harm in Australia every year, and many of those incidents involve people working on their own property.
